• Nobu - MICHELIN guide restaurant located on the 22nd floor with stunning panoramic views, offering a Nikkei menu of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine, expect incredible sushi, Wagyu beef tacos and a stunning Japanese garden setting

• Hakkasan - MICHELIN star restaurant, serving sophisticated Cantonese cuisine with creative cocktails that are actually award-winning

• Bread Street Kitchen - modern twists on British classics, by none other than Gordon Ramsay! The beef Wellington steals the show.. and there's the classic fish and chips to fall back on

• Ossiano - yet another MICHELIN star restaurant, with an immersive dining experience and you eat with a backdrop of giant aquariums, with stingrays and sharks swimming past

• Studio Frantzen - one of two restaurants on offer from the Michelin Star whizz, Bjorn Frantzen, this spot combines French-inspired dishes with a Asian twist that pair perfectly with delish, craft cocktails... oh, and don't miss the Candy Room... we'll leave it at that.

• FZN by Bjorn Frantzen - European fine-dining meets Japanese influences at this one-of-a-kind culinary experience, if you're looking to level up your dinner, then this is the place to be.

• En Fuego - translating to 'on fire' in Spanish, need we say more? This Latin-American hotspot has decor plucked right out of the film Coco. It's the place to be for a delicious, 90% gluten-free menu, and entertainment in the form of fire performers, aerial hoop artists and acrobats (taking dinner and a show to a whole new level)

• Seafire Steakhouse - the best selection of surf n' turf you ever did see. You choose everything to do with your steak, the cut, the age, the marble score (sounds very fancy, then the knife, the salt and the condiments

• Casablanca Beach Club (21+) - a luxe beachside spot made for sun-soaked lounging, laid-back glam, and full-on indulgence. From lazy days to lively nights, tuck into Mediterranean bites with a Moroccan twist, all served up with a side of top-tier vibes and seriously good entertainment.

• Ayamna - (translated as ‘The Good Old Days’) serves traditional Lebanese cuisine by Chef Ali El Bourji with a menu of traditional mezze, chargrilled meats and a selection of Lebanese desserts

• Wavehouse - one for the kids (and the big kids!), this lively dining and entertainment venue serves up fast food with a twist, plus gourmet milkshakes, alongside a bowling alley, arcade and Surf's Up wave rider

• Kaleidoscope - the place to be for good, ole' fashioned all-day, buffet-style dining with an extensive offering of international dishes and new creations.

• Casual dining at the Malibu 90265 American diner, Gordon Ramsey's Street Pizza and the burger restaurant, Beach Buns. Or you can order a poolside feast of anything from homemade pasta to fajitas.

• The hotel’s bars are just as impressive, with an experimental 'molecular bar' Resonance by Heston Blumenthal, plus Arabian Terrace, award-winning X Bar and Elements which have fire and water fountains

• Breakfast is served at four restaurants, so you'll be spoilt for choice!

• Saffron - the best brunch spot in town, serving a whopping 220 dishes and offering 20 live cooking stations. You'll be sampling flavours from around the world, like India, South East Asia and stunning seafood

Water (still and sparkling) and carbonated soft beverages are free of charge during dinner for Half Board guests, who can choose to enjoy a delicious meal at one of the 15 extraordinary restaurants, including Nobu and En Fuego. Please note that at some restaurants, children under 10 years must dine prior to 19:00. Just so you know, during Ramadan, certain hotel facilities and services (including alcoholic beverages and entertainment) may be withdrawn or altered.

Half Board includes a buffet-style breakfast at Saffron or Kaleidoscope, and dinner restaurants include Street Pizza, The Short, The Edge, Asia Republic, Shawafel, Beach Buns, TBJ, Platos, Wavehouse, En Fuego, Casablanca Beach Club, plus buffet-style dining at Saffron and Kaleidoscope. Signature restaurants include Ayamna and Seafire Steakfire (the steakhouse is an additional charge of 350 AED). Celebrity restaurants include Studio Frantzen (100 AED), Hakkasan (500 AED), Nobu (500 AED) and Gordon Ramsey Bread Street (100 AED).

Children pay 50% of the supplement fees. Half Board includes meals, soft drinks and water only.

Just a heads up that Shawafel will be undergoing renovations from 1 June to 1 December 2025.

Just a heads up that the The Lost World Aquarium at Atlantis, The Palm will be reopening on Monday 27th October 2025. Ambassador Lagoon and all diving/snorkelling activities will continue as normal.
