Appendix ‘B’ Promotional Prize Terms and Conditions

1.1 References to the “Winner” are to the individual who has entered the Promotional Prize Draw and been notified as the recipient of a Promotional Prize.

1.2 The Winner must be over 18 and a UK resident. Employees of Lancashire Tea or OTB and their families or agents are excluded from entering the Promotional Prize Drawer.

1.3 Entry to the Promotional Prize Draw is by using a mobile device to scan the QR code appended to the Lancashire Tea Packets. The Promotional Prize Draw opens on 1st October 2025 and closes on 31st August 2026.

1.4 There are 104 Promotional Prizes available. No purchase necessary.

1.5 The Promotional Prize and its value is communicated at the point of confirmation of Winner status and may only be redeemed by contacting OTB. The Winner must contact OTB (by emailing: winners@onthebeach.co.uk upon confirmation that they have won a Promotional Prize) by no later than 31st August 2026 to claim the Promotional Prize, failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the Promotional Prize.

1.6 The Promotional Prizes must be redeemed and completed by 31st August 2027. If the Promotional Prize has not been booked, taken up and concluded by this date, the Promotional Prize shall be deemed forfeited. The Promotional Prize can be redeemed during the 2025, 2026 and 2027 school holidays.

1.7 The Promotional Prize does not include travel insurance, any amounts payable locally such as resort fees and tourist and/or other taxes ancillaries. All such costs and expenses will be the responsibility of the Winner and their travelling party.

1.8 The Winner and their travelling party are responsible for charges that apply for any food, beverages or services outside of the Promotional Prize values and/or their chosen holiday basis.

1.9 The Promotional Prizes do not include transfers in the UK to or from the UK departure airport. The Winner and their travelling party are responsible for arranging and paying for transfers to and from their chosen UK departure airport.

1.10 Any booking made to redeem the Promotional Prize is also subject to OTB’s separate terms of business (available at www.onthebeach.co.uk/terms_of_business) (“Terms and Conditions”) and the terms and conditions of the suppliers of the flights, accommodation and any transfers which are available on request.

1.11 Once the booking for the Promotional Prize has been made, no changes will be permitted. Any changes to the Promotional Prize after booking are subject to amendment fees as detailed in the Terms and Conditions.

1.12 Any additional or optional purchases or supplements to the Promotional Prize (including to the flight, accommodation and transfers) are extra and must be paid for in full by the Winner at the time of the booking.

1.13 The Winner and their travelling party are responsible for ensuring they: (i) hold a valid passport and any necessary visa to travel; (ii) hold all adequate travel insurance policies; and (iii) comply with any other terms and conditions applicable to the Promotional Prize.

1.14 Any fees or costs associated with or incidental to the acceptance or use of a Promotional Prize (other than delivery of the same in accordance with these terms) will be the responsibility of the Winner and their travelling party.

1.15 The Promotional Prize is subject to availability and OTB reserves the right to replace the Promotional Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value.

1.16 The Promotional Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and has no cash value. No cash equivalent will be given.

1.17 It is the responsibility of the Winner to inform OTB of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the Winner and/or their travel companions when taking up the Prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

1.18 OTB will process personal data in line with it’s privacy policy, which can be found at: www.onthebeach.co.uk/privacy.

Promoter

1. This promotion is offered by On the Beach Limited, whose registered office is 5 Adair Street, Manchester, M1 2NQ (“On the Beach” or “OTB”). By participating in the promotion, you shall be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

2. If you have made a Qualifying Booking (defined below), you will be able to claim 1 x free box of Lancashire Tea’s Limited Edition Spanish Brew (“Spanish Brew”).

3. ‘Qualifying Booking’ means a booking which meets all of the following requirements:

• Booking must be for a package holiday (including flights and accommodation) to Spain (including the Balearics and Canary Islands) for any star rating and board basis with On the Beach UK via our website (https://www.onthebeach.co.uk/) or app;

• Booking must be made between 11.08.2025 and 07.09.2025 (inclusive);

• There is no notice informing you that there is no availability of Spanish Brew; on the following page: www.onthebeach.co.uk/lancashire-tea; and

• Booking must remain active at the time of claiming the Spanish Brew.

How to claim

4. Once you have made a Qualifying Booking, OTB will send you an email with a discount code. Visit shop.lancashiretea.co.uk, select 1 x box of Spanish Brew and enter the discount code at the checkout. The Spanish Brew will be delivered to the delivery address provided free of charge.

5. Available to new and existing customers who have made a Qualifying Booking.

Availability

6. 500 boxes of Spanish Brew available and will be given on a first come first served basis. Maximum 1 item per Qualifying Booking. Bookings are subject to availability.

7. Once the set allocation has been reached, the promotion will cease to be available whether or not a Qualifying Booking is made. We will confirm when there is no longer any availability on our website at www.onthebeach.co.uk/lancashire-tea

General

8. You must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over to be eligible to participate in this promotion. OTB reserves the right to verify a customer’s eligibility.

9. Hotel only bookings, group bookings and bookings made via onthebeach.ie or https://www.sunshine.co.uk are excluded from this promotion.

10. The Spanish Brew is provided on an “as is basis” and is non-exchangeable. The Spanish Brew cannot be swapped or returned to OTB. No cash equivalent will be given by OTB if you choose not to claim the Spanish Brew. This does not affect your statutory rights against Keith Spicer Ltd t/a Lancashire Tea as the manufacturer and / or retailer of the Spanish Brew.

11. The personal data you provide will be processed in accordance with OTB’s privacy policy OTB will use the personal information provided by you for the purposes of administering the promotion (including transferring personal data to Keith Spicer Ltd t/a Lancashire Tea in respect of the delivery of the Spanish Brew) and providing any booked holiday.

12. Bookings are subject to OTB’s terms and conditions which can be found at https://www.onthebeach.co.uk/terms_of_business (“Terms and Conditions”) and the terms and conditions of third party suppliers providing the travel arrangements included in the booking (such as accommodation providers and airlines).

13. Any optional purchases or supplements such as seat reservations are subject to the Terms and Conditions. Any changes made after booking are subject to amendment fees as detailed in the Terms and Conditions.

14. Any amounts payable locally such as resort fees, tourist and/or other taxes will be the responsibility of the customer and their travel companions.

15. The customer and their travel companions are responsible for (a) ensuring they hold a valid passport and any necessary visa to travel, (b) hold all adequate travel insurance policies, (c) informing OTB of any wheelchair or similar access requirements required for the customer and/or any travel companions, (d) adhering to any applicable health and safety guidelines and (e) comply with any other terms and conditions applicable to this offer.

16. OTB reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. Any improper use (fraudulent or otherwise) of this promotion may result in the promotion being withdrawn and no refund issued.

17. Subject to the below paragraph, OTB shall not be liable for any loss you suffer howsoever arising from the provision (or non-provision) or use of this promotion.

18. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of OTB (i) in relation to personal injury or death caused by OTB’s negligence or (ii) in respect of its obligations under applicable legislation.

19. These terms and conditions (and any issues or disputes arising) shall be governed by the law of England and Wales law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
