What is the ‘‘Free Türkiye In-Resort Return Shuttle Transfer” Promotion?

• Book a Qualifying Holiday and get a free in-resort (between the airport and hotel) return shared shuttle transfer (“Free Transfer”).

• A “Qualifying Holiday” means a booking which meets all of the following requirements:

  • a package holiday (which includes flights and accommodation) flying into arrival airports either Antalya or Dalaman, Türkiye for any board basis and any star rating;

  • booking can depart from any UK departure airport with any airline carrier;

  • booking must be placed between 27 February and 15 March 2026 (inclusive) with a travel departure date between 1 and 30 April 2026 (inclusive);

  • listed on www.onthebeach.co.uk and booked via our website or app; and

  • the booking must remain active.

• 1 Free Transfer per Qualifying Holiday.

How to claim the Free Transfer?

• When booking the Qualifying Holiday, on the “Your Holiday Extras” page, select the “Shuttle Service (Return)” option which is displayed at £0.00. If no “Shuttle Service (Return)” option is displayed, the maximum allocation has been reached and any transfer selected must be paid at full price.

Free Transfer Offer must be selected at the time of booking and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Other terms:

• You must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over to be eligible to participate in this promotion.

• Group bookings and bookings made via onthebeach.ie or https://www.sunshine.co.uk are excluded.

• The customer and their travel companions are responsible for arranging transport to and from the UK departure airport.

• Bookings are subject to OTB’s terms and conditions which can be found at https://www.onthebeach.co.uk/terms_of_business (“Terms and Conditions”) and the terms and conditions of third party suppliers providing the travel arrangements included in the booking (such as accommodation providers and airlines). Bookings are subject to availability.

• Any optional purchases or supplements such as seat reservations are subject to the Terms and Conditions. Any changes made after booking are subject to amendment fees as detailed in the Terms and Conditions.

• Any amounts payable locally such as resort fees, tourist and/or other taxes will be the responsibility of the customer and their travel companions.

• The customer and their travel companions are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport and any necessary visa to travel, hold all adequate travel insurance policies, and comply with any other terms and conditions applicable to this offer.

• The customer and their travel companions are responsible for informing OTB of any wheelchair or similar access requirements required for the customer and/or any travel companions when making a booking, and adhering to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

• Promotion is one-time use only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. OTB will decide in its sole discretion whether a customer has already received the offer under this promotion and OTB’s decision is final.

• Promotion is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and has no cash value. No cash equivalent will be given if you do not take up this promotion.

• OTB reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. Any improper use (fraudulent or otherwise) of this promotion may result in the free transfer being cancelled with no refund issued.

• OTB will process personal data in line with its privacy notice, which can be found at:  https://www.onthebeach.co.uk/privacy OTB will use the personal information provided by you for the purposes of administering the promotion and providing any booked holiday (including transferring of personal data to the transfer provider).

• Subject to the below paragraph, OTB shall not be liable for any loss you suffer howsoever arising from the provision (or non-provision) or use of this promotion.

• Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of OTB (i) in relation to personal injury or death caused by OTB’s negligence or (ii) in respect of its obligations under applicable legislation.

• These terms and conditions (and any issues or disputes arising) shall be governed by the law of England and Wales law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
